    And. . depressing because I’m old enough to remember the first time Jerry used that joke with trying to slam down a cordless phone at his home instead of a corded phone. Wow. . . . a recycled joke from the master.

    Maybe there’s an app idea there. There would be an option to either end the call as normal or ending the call with a slammed-phone noise just before it ends.
