Early-Bird Deadline Ending Soon for The Gospel Coalition 2011 National Conference

Just a reminder: Early bird registration for The Gospel Coalition’s 2011 national conference ends November 30.

You can still register afterward for the event, running April 12 to 14, 2011, but the rates will be higher.

The TGC blog writes:

Since we first announced the schedule, TGC has added four optional events related to the conference.

Church planters will want to show up early on Tuesday morning for “God-Given Growth: A Church-Planting Pre-Conference,” featuring a panel of Darrin Patrick, Dave Harvey, Mike McKinley, and Tullian Tchividjian, moderated by Scott Kauffmann from Redeemer City to City.

During the lunch break on Wednesday, Matt Chandler will moderate a panel on “Gospel, Mission, and the Church,” featuring Trevin Wax, Kevin DeYoung, and Jonathan Leeman.

Then Tim Keller will deliver two talks on Thursday afternoon and evening for “Christ and City: A Post Conference on Renewing Our Cities with the Gospel.”

Finally, we’re still in the planning stages for the annual Band of Bloggers event on Tuesday evening during the dinner break.

I’m not aware of any other conference that offers this amount of content. Besides the pre- and post-conference offerings, there are nine plenaries and dozens of workshops.

I expect the ripple effects for the gospel and the kingdom to be significant. May God do more than we can expect or imagine.
